The bitter feud between estranged spouses Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers continues as Jenelle uploaded a series of videos to Youtube today which she describes as featuring Courtland “lining up some heroin on a CD case” and talking about “buying/selling pills and heroin bags.” But, as is the case more often than not with Jenelle feud posts, there’s more than one side to the story as Courtland is reportedly claiming the videos were fake and were made to sell to the media for money. According to online records, Devoin Austin was arrested on Tuesday, September 24, this time for violating his probation stemming from his arrest on September 1 for alleged burglary, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

16 and Pregnant’s Kristina Head’s lawsuit against Starcasm dismissed, court orders her to pay attorneys’ fees plus sanctions
A Texas district court judge has ordered 16 and Pregnant Season 4 cast member Kristina Head (formerly Kristina Robinson) to reimburse Starcasm’s parent company Chicory Media, LLC for attorneys’ fees incurred in the course of successfully defending Kristina’s defamation lawsuit, which was dismissed on July 12, 2013 under the Texas anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) statute designed to protect those exercising their freedom of speech in regards to a matter of public concern. In addition, the court imposed a $10,000 sanction against Kristina, an option permitted under the statute “to deter the party who brought the legal action from bringing similar actions.” Keep reading to find out what the case was about and what other media outlets were named in the suit.

20-year-old Antwion Courtez Martin of Oklahoma City is facing first-degree murder charges after police say he shot and killed Edmond James Tyree, 48, after Tyree left the single-word comment “damm” on a photo of Martin’s girlfriend on Facebook. “This is a perfect example of some of the ridiculous reasons people kill for,” Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said. Chelsea Houska’s ex Adam Lind’s criminal record and arrest timeline
A source close to Chelsea Houska reveals to us that Adam Lind’s continued disdain for traffic laws and safety has her extremely concerned. This weekend Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend Nathan Griffith was pulled over and charged with driving under the influence as well as resisting arrest, speeding, driving while suspended, and driving on the wrong side of the road. Today the police dashboard camera video of the arrest made its way online and in Jenelle explains why Nathan was driving so erratically by saying, “Honestly, we were trying to have sex.” Keep reading to watch the full video! Polina talked at length about her time with Lamar, admitting among other things that: she did see Lamar doing crack, she often left him at her home when she went to work and it “felt like I was leaving a toddler at home alone,” she asked him to help with her work, and revealed that one time Khloe stormed into her home early in the morning like an “uncaged animal” and took Lamar away. Jenelle Evans responds to boyfriend Nathan Griffith’s DUI arrest
We broke the story earlier today that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend Nathan Griffith was arrested this morning in South Carolina and charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and multiple other charges. At the time there was no response from Jenelle, who was reportedly with Nathan at the time of his arrest, though she was not charged with anything. Jenelle has since returned to Twitter to update fans on what happened, and she did so with a sense of humor about the whole thing.
