K. Michelle is one of the stars of VH1’s breakout hit Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Before she was dropping mix tapes and catching the attention of R. Kelly the lovely and talented woman was simply known as Kimberly Pate doing her thing in Tallahassee, FL at FAMU. If you take a peek back at Kim’s bio one of her stand out accomplishments was being selected as Miss Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in the spring semester of 2003. Now I like my ladies seriously old-school so I took it back a few years to K. Michelle’s Freshman year as she served as part of the Royal Court as Miss Freshman Attendant.
