Full-time D-list reality star Kasey Kahl became a bit of an internet sensation after an arrest for assault in January when his smiling mug shot photo was dubbed “The Prettiest Mug Shot Ever.” At the time Kasey maintained his innocence in the scuffle, but after assembling evidence it appears that the police disagree. Kasey was arrested again for the incident earlier today and charged with 2 counts of felony assault, 1 count of battery with serious bodily injury and 1 count of public intoxication (allegedly “while under the influence of a paint thinner”). His most recent mug shot won’t be taking home any “Prettiest” awards.

MTV announces Jersey Shore Season 6 to premiere October 4 at 10PM

It’s official — the sixth and final season of Jersey Shore has a premiere date! David Janollari, Head of MTV Programming, made the announcement during the network’s presentation at the Summer 2012 Television Critics Association Press Tour earlier today that the beginning of the end will be October 4. NBC cut to an underwater view of the action and just as the broadcaster commented, ‘You see a lot of suit grabbing going on underwater,’ US player Kamie Craig tugged on an opposing Spanish player’s swimsuit, exposing her la sandia (aka watermelon) (aka breast) for the world to see. Meanwhile, the network is being accused of some rather dramatic editing on their tape-delayed broadcast of the women’s gymnastics competition in order to ramp up the suspense artificially.

Joe Giudice rejects plea deal, heading to trial this fall
