Judge Joe Brown found himself on the other end of a no-nonsense judge’s ruling Monday when he was sentenced to five days in jail for contempt of court charges after several outbursts in Memphis juvenile court. The incident occurred while Brown is running for District Attorney of Shelby County and the Elect Judge Joe Brown Facebook page seemed to go a little over the top when they encouraged everyone to change their profile photos to that of Martin Luther King, Jr. and wrote, “Judge Joe Brown, jailed in Memphis!
