RHOC’s Vicki Gunvalson’s divorce from Donn Gunvalson was finally settled this January (Vicki’s getting $1 million in assets from the deal,) so that means she’s a free woman. With last year’s debacle over boyfriend Brooks Ayers, who, among other things, told Vicki’s daughter Briana’s husband Ryan that he should hit Briana. He also was caught on tape threatening to hit Vicki. The 52-year-old has been on-and-off with Brooks for a while, but it looks like she’s moving on to hotshot NY lawyer John Pankauski.

That’s why it saddened me greatly when I learned today that Tyler passed away this morning.

We’re two episodes into FX’s Fargo TV series adaptation starring Martin Freeman and Billy Bob Thornton, and we’re hooked. Just like the film, it’s a crime-comedy set in Minnesota that plays up the possibility of dark secrets behind everyday niceness. Both the 1996 Coen Brothers movie and the TV series start out with a declaration that the events depicted are “Based on a true story.” Is there really a true crime inspiration for either?

As we previously reported, Apollo Nida’s alleged co-conspirator Gayla St. Julien was sentenced to 61 months in prison last week for her part in the mail, bank and wire fraud schemes she told the Secret Service were masterminded by Apollo, who was also later arrested with Gayla’s help. Currently behind bars, Gayla issued a lengthy statement to media outlets this morning via her God daughter to address whether or not she testified against Apollo, why she didn’t name Phaedra Parks as part of the fraud schemes, and her thoughts on Phaedra Parks’ accuser Angela Stanton.

REPORT Valerie Harper sued for $2M for withholding cancer diagnosis from employer

On top of battling brain cancer, Valerie Harper now must contend with a lawsuit filed by her former employer. In the lawsuit, playwright Matthew Lombardo claims Valerie intentionally failed to disclose her 2009 cancer diagnosis before singing onto his show. She had to drop out of the production when the cancer spread to her brain in 2013.
