Lindsay Lohan was rushed to the emergency room at Mt. Sinai in New York City last night for what sources claim is a bad lung infection. Lohan had allegedly been dealing with a bad case of “walking pneumonia” for a couple of weeks, and when things took a turn for the worse last night, she felt it was in her best interest to seek medical care. Lohan was treated at the hospital, prescribed antibiotics, and sent back to her hotel room where she is currently resting.

As we reported earlier this week, 16 and Pregnant alum Nikkole Paulun’s son Lyle had to be rushed to a Toledo, Ohio hospital after having trouble breathing. Soon after being admitted to the hospital, Lyle was moved to intensive care — and doctor’s still didn’t know what was causing his breathing issues! Nikkole has since gotten a diagnosis and updates us on what is ailing Lyle and how he’s doing now.
Never one to miss an opportunity for commentary through fashion, Lady Gaga wore an oversized pink and blue dress while leaving her hotel in Paris earlier today, an obvious reference to the reactions from her announcement earlier this week that she has gained 25 pounds over recent months. On Thursday singer Fiona Apple entered into the Hudspeth County Texas Marijuana Bust Hall of Flame alongside such notable tokers as Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg when she was arrested after a drug sniffing dog (not Dogg mind you) caught wind of Apple’s tour bus and police found about four grams of marijuana and four grams of hashish in a backpack. Apple spent the night in jail and was forced to reschedule her concert in Austin scheduled for that evening. She posted $10,000 bail Friday morning and was able to make her appearance at the Bayou Music Center in Houston where she kicked off the show by addressing her arrest. Maggie Rizer recently arranged for her two dogs to fly with her from New York to San Francisco. The professional model was sure she took all of the precautions necessary, so when she arrived in San Francisco and found out that one of her dogs, a two-year-old golden retriever named Beatrice, had passed away during the flight, she was left devastated and shocked. After a frustratingly difficult time getting the dog’s body back from the airline, she took it to her vet and was appalled when the necropsy showed Bea had died from heatstroke. Maggie has since taken to the internet to express her anger and frustration toward United Airlines with a heartfelt blog entry titled, “United Airlines Killed Our Golden Retriever, Bea.”
