TMZ says a guy filed a criminal battery complaint against Miley Cyrus Sunday morning after an incident Saturday night at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel.
He was sitting behind Miley and her fiance Liam Hemsworth, when things reportedly got out-of-control.
The alleged victim claims he and his friends accidentally bumped into Liam’s chair and the two camps exchanged words … an argument that quickly escalated.
The alleged victim claims Liam got in his face and Miley jumped in the middle to break it up — but not before pushing him away and striking him in the face. There were no visible injuries.
TMZ has an eye witness source saying they didn’t see Miley ever actually hit anybody.
She’s had a rather stressful weekend because on top of all of the above, some stalker dude showed up with scissors at her house this weekend while she was away. Jason Luis Rivera was found on her property after someone called 911. He had scissors, and told the cops he wanted to see Miley. Monday morning he was charged with two misdemeanors: trespassing and resisting arrest.
