There have been all sorts of rumors circulating and jokes being made about NBC’s decision to move Jay Leno back to his 11:30 PM time slot, bumping The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien to 12:05 AM and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to 1:05 AM. NFL Hall-of-Famer Joe Namath’s 19-year-old daughter Olivia Namath was arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida early Sunday morning and “charged with two counts of marijuana possession, including one with intent to sell, and with possession of alcohol by a minor,” according to The Palm Beach Post.
A Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputy pulled Olivia over for speeding after recording her doing 58 mph in a 50 mph zone. The deputy was checking her driver’s license when he noticed the smell of marijuana. A search of the car revealed a bag of pot on the driver’s-side floorboard and an additional 200.5 grams of weed were found in the trunk. The Post says “Namath ‘denied any knowledge’ of the marijuana, though she said no one else had access to her car trunk, according to the deputy’s report.”

Sunday’s NFC playoff match-up between the Arizona Cardinals and the Green Bay Packers turned into an offensive shootout that found both teams knotted up at 45 points at the end of regulation after an astonishingly bad missed chip shot field goal by the normally reliable Neil Rackers of the Cardinals.
Green Bay won the coin toss and on the third play of overtime, not counting a play called back on a holding call, Aaron Rodgers was scrambling on a 3rd and 5 from his own 25 yard line when Arizona Cardinals cornerback Michael Adams (who had been scorched all day long in coverage) hit the Green Bay quarterback, causing him to fumble the ball. As the pigskin was falling to the ground and Rodgers was getting tackled, he managed to kick the ball into the air… right into the arms of Cardinals linebacker Karlos Dansby, who ran it back for the touchdown and the victory.

The burned body of former Playboy model Paula Sladewski was found in a dumpster in Miami Sunday after someone noticed it was on fire and alerted police. The remains were so badly charred authorities had to use dental records to identify them as Sladewski.
Paula and her boyfriend Kevin Klym have reportedly had a tumultuous relationship since they began dating two years ago and he was the last person to see Sladewski before her death.
