Courts later ruled that they used excessive force but the officers were not legally held accountable because the laws governing the use of Tasers were muddy at the time. The officers have appealed the decision and now it is up to the Supreme Court on whether or not they want to hear the case next week. 22-year-old Hannah Luce is the sole survivor of a fiery plane crash in Kansas that tragically took the lives of 4 others.
