38-year-old Russian actor Vladislav Galkin was found dead in his Moscow apartment earlier today.
His father, well-known actor Boris Galkin, notified a friend of Vladislav’s after not being able to reach his son for more than 24 hours. The friend received no response when he arrived at Vladislav’s home, so a rescue team was called. The team made a forced entry and found the actor dead.
Vying for his record-setting eighth Olympic medal, American short track skater Apolo Anton Ohno crossed the finish line in the finals of the men’s 500m short track in second place, but he was later disqualified after officials ruled he interfered with Canadian skater François-Louis Tremblay on the final lap.

Fireballs were launching to the left and right as he walked slowly down the middle of the stage. Then, as he was standing still, a fireball launched from right under his feet! Shakespeare elected to take a lump sum payment of $17 million of a $30 million jackpot more than two years ago and was last seen in April. His body was later found encased in concrete and buried next door in a house purchased by Dorice in her boyfriend’s name.

According to an official press release from the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, George Everette Clinton, Jr. was found dead in his Halstead Boulevard apartment in Tallahassee, Florida February 1, 2010. Clinton is the son of Parliament and Funkadelic mastermind George Clinton, who was in attendance at the 52nd GRAMMY Awards the night before in Los Angeles.

She performed two headlining shows this summer at the world’s largest jazz festival in Montreal (the fifth time she has performed there), she was picked by songwriters Alan Frew and Stephan Moccio to record the CTV’s 2010 Winter Olympics broadcast theme “I Believe,” her debut studio album is due out this spring with songwriting help from the likes of Ron Sexsmith, Jesse Harris and Feist and production by the legendary Phil Ramone. Oh, and in a couple months she will be finishing up the 10th grade.
