So much for Michael Jackson’s children being able to lead a more normal life! TMZ is reporting that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services arrived at the Jackson family home last night around 10:30 PM after having gotten a tip from someone connected to the family that the children were in possession of a stun gun. As preposterous as the story sounds, what’s even more preposterous is that the story is apparently true!
According to sources, Jermaine Jackson’s 13-year-old son Jafaar was able to purchase the stun gun online. Randy Jackson, Michael’s youngest brother, told authorities the stun gun arrived three weeks ago, but was intercepted by security and then supposedly locked away. But the site now has multiple sources that say the boys did have access to the stun gun and were playing with it when they were discovered by security:
Our sources say the kids were using the gun on the second floor of the house. Security guards on the property were perplexed because they couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from … nor could they identify the sound.
Late last week, we’re told one of the security guards went upstairs and “stopped Jermaine’s kids from stunning Blanket.” The guard confiscated the gun.
BLANKET!! That kid has no chance of making it! First, he is dangled out of a hotel window by his father, then he’s given the nickname “Blanket” and now his cousins are trying to shoot him with a stun gun for fun! (In my imagination, Blanket is just like Butters from South Park.)
One source for the site says Michael’s son Prince Jackson was also a target.
Anyone else get the sense that the Michael Jackson children are kind of the oddball “new kids on the block” in the Jackson family home? This needs to be a movie! The kind and innocent Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket move in with the mean-spirited bad boy cousins, who put on a nice face when Gramma Katherine is around, but whip out the stun guns and pillows cases full of door knobs when she turns her back.
All kidding aside, this whole thing sounds horrifying! DCFS will be returning to the house to interview each of the children separately, as well as all the family members and staff. Those interviews are supposed to happen as soon as this afternoon.
