38-year-old Russian actor Vladislav Galkin was found dead in his Moscow apartment earlier today.

His father, well-known actor Boris Galkin, notified a friend of Vladislav’s after not being able to reach his son for more than 24 hours. The friend received no response when he arrived at Vladislav’s home, so a rescue team was called. The team made a forced entry and found the actor dead.

Vladislav had recently been admitted to the hospital because of problems with his pancreas.

According to Itar-Tass, Vladislav Galkin has starred in over 40 movies and was most famous for playing tough guy soldiers and agents. CLICK HERE to see Galkin’s page on IMDB.
