I was doing a little background research on the cast members of MTV’s The Real World Washington, D.C. diligently looking for some skeletons in the closet so I could flex my Pulitzer-worthy journalism muscles when I stumbled onto a thread about Erika Lauren Wasilewski on vevmo.com that made my mind implode! The discussion there started after the web site shabooty.com published an email allegedly from Erika’s former boyfriend Billy who claimed she started telling her friends she had skin cancer shortly after he broke up with her back in 2006.
Erika reportedly left the show in the middle of the season and some speculate it was partially because her roommates caught wind of the cancer lie.

MTV’s 23rd season of their Real World franchise launched tonight, this time in the nation’s capitol of Washington, D.C. As usual, the first episode featured a cacophony of memorable moments and characters as eight strangers from all over the country came together for the first time in the house they will be sharing for the next six months. There were religious debates, an outing of a homosexual, panda hats and an overabundance of flirting as Andrew, Ashely, Callie, Emily, Erika, Josh, Mike and Ty decided where they were going to sleep and who they were going to drive crazy.
Though there were some interesting characters present, the politically-charged hotness of Ashley Lindley from Houston, Texas seems to have garnered the most internet buzz immediately following the season premiere. The Portuguese hottie not only looked good as she talked about wanting to sleep naked, she also showed she was drama-ready and fully prepared to get in the thick of things, creating and sustaining the kind of drama this sort of show thrives on. She’s got attitude, religion and political fervor – that’s a recipe for some serious reality entertainment!

Here’s the 911 call placed by Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller Christmas morning which resulted in the arrest of Sheen on charges of second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief. During the call Brooke reveals that Sheen attacked her with a knife and that he was currently in a separate room. She reveals that there are other people present that are keeping them apart. The operator asks a series of questions as police officers are dispatched which reveal that Sheen’s knife was allegedly a pocket-knife or switchblade. Brooke did seem a bit inebriated, as it has been reported, and continually repeated that she had to report the incident.

Did Hailey Glassman slice up Jon Gosselin’s apartment as part of a revenge plot?
Someone broke into Jon Gosselin’s New York City apartment, taking a bunch of crap and slicing up “shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings” with a knife before spearing a note to Jon on his dresser referring to him as a “cheater” and signed with Hailey Glassman’s name. Police have interviewed Hailey (Jon’s former girlfriend) but the general consensus is that she was framed by someone else.
I disagree! I think it actually was Hailey Glassman and this is just the first step in a sinister series of events that could possibly end with Jon Gosselin’s heart exploding!

Brooke Mueller drunk with BAL of .13 when she had husband Charlie Sheen arrested!
Law enforcement sources have told website TMZ.com that Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911 at 8:34 this morning, a call which led to the arrest of Sheen. According to the source, Sheen registered a buzzin’ .04 but Brooke was Hasselhoff the charts with a .13!
Also, Brooke reportedly recanted her testimony just before Charlie’s bail hearing, admitting she was drunk at the time of the call. Officials tell the site that they plan on still pursuing the case.

Arrest warrant issued for Real Housewife Lynne Curtin for owing $1.2 million to a former business partner
It appears as though The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Lynne Curtin has finally done something exciting! No, she hasn’t replaced her twin brother Steven Tyler as lead singer of Aerosmith – she and her husband Frank Curtin skipped out on a court appearance in Southern California yesterday. Orange County’s Randy and Evi Quaid were supposed to address questions regarding the $1.2 million they owed a former business partner stemming from an earlier settlement.
According to TMZ.com a Riverside County, California judge has “issued a bench warrant for both Lynne and Frank’s arrest.”

Running a close second to Snooki is the Guidoest of the Guidos, the abtastic Italian Stallion known simply as “The Situation.” I’ve dug up some older photos of Mike, including a photo from his high school yearbook! (Yes, he always had those abs.)

PHOTO Coroner Ed Winter arrives at Brittany Murphy’s home, prescription drugs found
Ed Winter of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has visited the L.A. home of Brittany Murphy, who died this morning from cardiac arrest. There were prescription drugs found in the home, but Winter wouldn’t give any specifics as to what kind they were. He tells TMZ that they will be performing toxicology tests but that the results of those tests may take up to six weeks, as you might remember form the Michael Jackson investigation.
Winter told TMZ that “foul play is not suspected at this time.”

The US Border Patrol found small traces of marijuana on a couple of rapper Lil’ Wayne’s tour buses (cannibuses?) near the Texas town of Falfurrias and the hip hop (hemp hop?) star is currently being detained, as are 11 others in his posse.
Details are sketchy at this point, but according to TMZ Lil’ Wayne’s entourage were part of a random search by Border Patrol agents that resulted in pot being found on two of the vehicles. It seems pot was not found on any of the persons, and contrary to the misleading headline of this post, no arrests have been made.

Things have been a little slow on the Tiger Woods mistress front, so I’m forced to fill the “professional athlete sex scandal” void with some D-list baller boinking. New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards was apparently going deep on former America’s Next Top Model contestant Nik Pace’s tight end and the result was little Braylon Jr., born in August.
According to the New York Post, Braylon immediately filed to be recognized as the boy’s father, but was surprisingly rejected by Pace. The 25-year-old model relocated to New York after Edwards was traded to the Jets and now she is suing him for $70,000 a month child support.

Here are both 911 calls placed in reference to the Chris Henry and Loleini Tonga auto accident that resulted in the death of the 26-year-old Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver. The first 911 call was made to police by a woman driving behind the truck driven by Loleini Tonga with Chris Henry in the back. The caller describes Henry as having black pants, shirtless with a cast on his arm. She says he is beating on the back window of the truck.
The second 911 call was placed by a man after Henry had been thrown from the vehicle. That caller told the operator “there’s a man is in the road … he looks dead … there’s no movement.” Keep reading to listen to the calls and read complete transcriptions of both.

According to KTPost.com there was a domestic dispute at a residence on Peachtree Road and that Tonga attempted to leave the scene in a pickup truck at which point Henry gave chase and got into the back of the truck. According to police, Henry’s injuries were sustained after falling from the back of the truck while Tonga was driving.
