Florida 12- and 14-year-olds arrested for bullying that led to classmate’s suicide

Two Florida middle school students were arrested on felony charges in connection to the suicide of their classmate (portrayed in the picture). The arrests come on the heels of a new Florida law that expanded the actions police can take against bullying to include cyberbullying.
