It seems like only yesterday Snooki was loading her stuffed alligator onto an airplane at Newark airport, signaling the beginning of the five-week Jersey Shore invasion of Florence, Italy. Well, now the five weeks are up and the porta party that is the Jersey Shore cast are packing their bags and heading back stateside. The guys and gals of Jersey Shore put on their Saturday night best and posed for an official photoshoot on the streets of Florence along with an Italian flag (held by Vinny Guadagnino, whose extended family is from Italy) and a gold Vespa scooter. I don’t know that they’ve ever looked better!

The latest Jersey Shorence gem features the odd duo of Snooki and Vinny Guadagnino getting their busk on while chillaxing on the sidewalk. Vinny plays a ukulele (“very well” according to the photographer’s description) while Snooki silently holds out her large white ball cap hoping for donations.
You can take the boys out of Jersey but you can’t take the Jersey out of the boys! The streets of Italy were transformed into a WWE ring as Jersey Shore stud muffins Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio and Vinny Guadagnino re-enacted the Peter Griffin vs. Chicken fight from Family Guy in the heart of Florence last night! But that’s just one of the highlights from a single evening that produced enough crazy photos to be the closing credits for The Hangover 3. The surreal confluence of Jersey Shore meets Italy continues as the cast gets acclimated to their new Tuscan digs – or perhaps it would be more accurate to say “as their new Tuscan digs get acclimated to them.”
One thing America’s favorite Guidos and Guidettes will not allow is for a trip to Florence, Italy to interfere with their acronympho mantra, GTL! The boys and gals were photographed earlier on their way to a tanning salon – and from the looks of them and their attire it seems the G and the L are safe as well! (For those of you in Florence or other remote regions of the world not yet familiar with the Guidocabulary, GTL stands for Gym, Tan, Laundry.)
Maybe it’s because the clubs don’t open until late in Florence, or it maybe it’s because there are no clubs in Florence, but whatever the reason the cast of Jersey Shore hit the streets for their first night out in Italy and wound up smushing some carousel horses!
