JERSEY SHORE Vinny’s ex Elicea Shyann gets real about the heartache and humiliation of reality show breakups

Vinny Guadagnino’s ex girlfriend Elicea Shyann is not happy about how the breakdown of their relationship occurred on Jersey Shore. Last week’s episode dealt with Vinny confessing to her that he got some girls’ numbers at the club during a night out with the crew.

“Here’s some free promotion!!!! for the trash everyone loves to watch. I’m a real f*king person who wakes up DAILY to more and more bulls*t and heartache,” Elicea wrote this weekend on a now-deleted Instagram post. “Enjoy the f*king show that is my f*king life. Ppl wonder how ppl end up in the darkest places. Here’s your answer.”

She also shared some photos from their relationship, which she has also taken town. “Humiliation disrespect zero empathy lol it’s truly AMAZING,” she continued in her honest rant about the toll reality shows can take. “Everyone lives for the drama watching good things go to sh*t.”

Sharing your life on a reality show can come with a huge emotional cost. In Elicea’s case, she’s having to watch her relationship disintegrate in front of her eyes, from the point-of-view of her ex. The fact that Jersey Shore rules only allow the cast to communicate with the outside world via a landline at their vacation rental only further alienates them from people in their “real” lives.
