If we told you one of the stars of Jersey Shore ran afoul of the law in New York earlier today, the last person you would probably think we were talking about would be Vinny Guadagnino! The 24-year-old reality star was pulled over by NYPD earlier today and the experience was a little disturbing, at least according to his account recorded and uploaded to Youtube just after it happened!
In the video, Vinny explains that he was driving in the left lane of a 3-lane highway when he was lights in his rear-view mirror. Assuming they were responding to a call, Vinny pulled to the left turning lane and came to a stop so that they could pass him. However, that isn’t what happened.
Vinny reveals that the police surrounded his car and proceeded to bang on his windows from both sides. As he tried to roll his driver’s side window down, the police officer on his passenger side yelled, “If you don’t lower the window I’m going to rip you out of the f**king car.” So, as we all would, Vinny lowered the window. One of the police officers noticed a pill bottle Vinny had sitting in his dash and asked, “What the f**k is that?” It turned out to simply be some CVS brand cold medicine.
Next, the officers began to taunt him, asking questions like “Are you stupid?” and “Have you ever driven before?” because Vinny hadn’t pulled into the right lane, as required by law when being pulled over. Vinny had pulled to the left because was unaware that he was being pulled over. They also implied that they recognized the Jersey Shore star because Vinny says they asked him “‘I guess famous people don’t pull over, don’t follow the laws?’ some s**t like that.”
The officers then revealed that they were headed to a stabbing which was confusing to Vinny, considering everything they had previously said to him. Plus, as Vinny asked, “If you are going to a stabbing, why the hell are you bothering me?”
