UPDATE – MTV has revealed the charade was actually more than just today and that Jenelle actually gave birth Sunday, June 29.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans got a nice Easter present today when her boyfriend Nathan Griffith emerged from his jail cell early! Nathan, who was sentenced to 30 days behind bars on April 9 for charges stemming from his September 7 DUI arrest, was scheduled for release on May 9.

Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend Nathan Griffith is currently in jail, reportedly after a court date for his DUI arrest (his third) in September that was featured in last night’s episode of Teen Mom 2.

UPDATE – According to online records, Nathan’s DUI charge is still pending and his jail sentence earlier today was for additional charges stemming from the arrest, including resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license, threatening an official in performance duty and more.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend Nathan Griffith found out the sex of their baby late last week, but decided to wait to reveal the news to fans until they could have a little fun with a gender reveal photo shoot. That happened this weekend and earlier this morning Jenelle shared the revealing photo on Facebook along with the caption, “Everyone, the wait is over! Looks like we are having…..”

In case you haven’t heard, Jenelle Evans is pregnant again with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith’s child, and the expectant mom and dad are currently in New York City with the rest of the cast of Teen Mom 2 making the press rounds promoting Season 5 of their show, which premieres Tuesday, January 21 at 10/9c on MTV. During her numerous interviews, Jenelle revealed not only her due date, but the names she and Nathan have picked out for Jace’s sibling!

As we reported last night, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested Saturday and booked for breach of peace after an alleged altercation with her boyfriend, and father of her unborn child, Nathan Griffith outside of their North Myrtle Beach home. Jenelle took to Twitter to say that the whole thing was a big misunderstanding and that Nathan was just talking on the phone. But, earlier today, North Myrtle Beach Police spokesperson Patrick Dowling revealed more information about the arrest from the police report which seems to indicate that Jenelle and Nathan were indeed involved in an argument.

This weekend Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend Nathan Griffith was pulled over and charged with driving under the influence as well as resisting arrest, speeding, driving while suspended, and driving on the wrong side of the road. UPDATE – There is now more information about the dramatic arrest from a local news station, including that Nathan reportedly ran and was tasered before being placed in the back of a police car where he vomited!

We broke the story earlier today that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend Nathan Griffith was arrested this morning in South Carolina and charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and multiple other charges. At the time there was no response from Jenelle, who was reportedly with Nathan at the time of his arrest, though she was not charged with anything. Jenelle has since returned to Twitter to update fans on what happened, and she did so with a sense of humor about the whole thing.
