It seems that the recent disputes between The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast mates Kandi Burruss and Kim Zolciak, which included a feud over who first thought of the baby name Kash, has motivated Kandi to unbury the hatchet on a previous issue between the two. The 36-year-old singer/songwriter filed a lawsuit against Kim yesterday in Atlanta claiming she was not properly compensated for her work on Kim’s single “Tardy For The Party!” And she’s hired Phaedra Parks to represent her!

At least that was the conclusion of 22-year-old Misty VanHorn of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, who attempted to sell her 10-month-old and 2-year-old daughters to get the $1,000 needed to spring her boyfriend out of the big house. VanHorn contacted a woman on Facebook, offering up her two children in exchange for cash, but unfortunately for VanHorn her plan backfired.

Lindsay Lohan’s “incompetant” lawyer claims Lindsay had a concussion from 2012 crash

After Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Mark Heller’s motions to dismiss her charges (including lying to the police) stemming for a June 2012 car accident were denied Friday by Judge James Dabney, Heller said in a press conference that Lindsay had suffered a concussion from the crash.

He went on to say that because of her concussion, she “never should have been questioned by the police. She was basically held against her will and forced to answer questions.”
