Are Karlie Redd and Lyfe Jennings married? Or is Lyfe really attached to a German model, one who’s pregnant with his child, in a relationship he’s managed to keep (more or less) under wraps for months? Lyfe recently sat down with Atlanta’s V103 to address a wide variety of gossip relating to he and Karlie’s relationship–and revealed his single biggest regret.
The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star has been at the center of secret marriage and gossip-heavy baby daddy rumors for weeks. Those rumors intensified when LHHATL featured the story in a recent episode, using it as motivation for Karlie to confront Lyfe. According to most of the rumors, Lyfe’s dramatic park bench proposal to Karlie was all for show; in reality, he’s married to a German supermodel with Gwendolyn, who is also–surprise!–several months pregnant with his child. Lyfe shared his thoughts on the growing debacle after Karlie and Scrapp’s relationship ended but before the current drama involving his potential secret German wife, has come to light. During his talk with Atlanta’s V103, he expressed his regret over everything he and Karlie have been through–including his now-famous on-screen proposal and Karlie fainting dead away.
“I regret giving [Karlie] this world-class D,” Lyfe said, to general amusement. Lyfe also appeared to confirm that he and Karlie had an “arrangement” as far as their ability to see other people when he’s out on tour. What appeared to bother Lyfe, though, was that he “didn’t even know” that Karlie and Scrapp were hooking up until he watched Love & Hip Hop Atlanta himself.
Furthermore, Lyfe stated that the rumors of his involvement with a German model were “completely fabricated,” and wondered whether Karlie had started the rumors herself, possibly so she could claim later on that she had good reason to doubt him.
