The past year has been an absolute whirlwind for My 600 Lb Life Season 4 star Nikki Webster. Her weight loss journey is still a success. But “Webster” is a thing of the past — Nikki now goes by Nikki Gray.
The reason why? It’s simple enough — the former Ms. Webster took her now-husband’s last name when the two got married! And Nikki’s latest update includes brand-new wedding shots!
Nikki Webster today: When did the My 600 Lb Life star get married?
If you’re thinking that Nikki’s road to matrimony happened fast, you’re not alone. In our last update on Nikki, we were likewise surprised to discover she and Marcus had wed.
My 600 Lb Life fans will also note that Nikki is the third member of the show’s cast to be married in recent years. Starcasm has also broken the news of Chay Guillory’s recent marriage. And Steven Assanti’s marriage continues to surprise.
Followers of Nikki’s story will recall that her 2017 Where Are They Now? episode captured one of her first dates with Marcus. Nikki certainly seemed smitten then, but she was also trying to tell herself to keep it slow.
“Things have been going really well between us, and I like [Marcus] a lot,” Nikki said at the time. “He’s a really good guy, and I have a lot of fun when I’m with him. And the more time we spend together, the more I can see the possibility of a future between us.
“And that alone is incredible to even be able to think.”
Nikki further elaborated upon her and Marcus’ swift moves in an apologetic Instagram update earlier this year. What made the update apologetic? Nikki felt obliged to say she was sorry to her followers for having updated so sporadically.
Except she then turned around and revealed she’d been spending less time on social media than usual because things with Marcus got serious in a hurry!

INSTAGRAMMMMM!! It’s been way too long and about 8 months..which have been a whirlwind because::
A. I got engaged
B. I got married 2 months after said engagement
C. Husband and I now live in the cutest little apartment
D. Am ridiculously and blissfully in love and happy with married life. Seriously. We’re gross.
I always have the desire to be a good Instagram poster..buuuuttt..I fail miserably at it. Sooo…here’s to future big events, moments of clarity, quirky little moments of life, and gratuitous selfies I may post in the future:) Also…here’s a pic of me on my wedding day, pre wedding. I was beaming.

New Nikki Webster photos show her happier than we’ve ever seen
Very shortly after her marriage reveal, she shared a huge collection of new Nikki Webster photos from her wedding day. The beautiful collection of shots confirm that Nikki and Marcus were married in December of 2017.
It’s true that every bride looks radiant on her wedding day. But when you remember all the challenges she’s faced since well before My 600 Lb Life‘s cameras began filming her, Nikki seems especially happy to have fallen in love this hard.
Finally, here’s one more shot of Nikki and Marcus together. Dated this past August 29th, it appears to be the most recent photo that Nikki has made public.
To use Nikki’s own language, it really does look like she and her husband are still so “ridiculously and blissfully in love” that the whole thing is just gross 😉
