Amidst all the headline frenzy, another detail rose to the surface. The article explained a very controversial, and possibly cruel, audition process used on children for Jolie's new film First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers. This weekend, Jolie addressed the backlash.

Last week Talinda Bennington lost her partner and the father of her children to suicide. She's now sharing some emotional words about her grief with the world via Rolling Stone. "One week ago, I lost my soulmate and my children lost their hero – their Daddy. We had a fairytale life and now it has turned into some sick Shakespearean tragedy," she said in a statement.
