Courtland Rogers was arrested on March 5 for assaulting his wife Jenelle Evans. According to multiple arrest warrants just released today, Courtland allegedly assaulted his wife four times between November 16 (two weeks before the two officially tied the knot) and January 21, when the couple split up for good. A source close to Jenelle recently spoke to Radar Online about one of her violent altercations with Courtland. “Courtland was a mess and Jenelle thought he had been on drugs,” the source revealed. “He wasn’t sleeping and had been out partying and he was acting like a maniac. He started yelling at Jenelle and didn’t even care that she was bleeding and cramping and starting to have a miscarriage. He first shoved her out of the way and Jenelle tried to get away from him. That’s when things got out of control.”

Courtland then allegedly tried to have sex with Jenelle and when she shot him down, things got really heated. “Jenelle told him no way and he shoved her onto the bed. Then when she tried to get up to go out of the room he hit her and pushed her against the wall,” the source states. “He got really physical with her and grabbed her around the neck in a choke hold. She was screaming at him and telling him to stop but he hit her in the head and then in the face with a closed fist. She put her arms up and tried to get out of the way, but Courtland was really controlling. When she tried to leave he would apologize and beg her to stay, telling her he loved her.”

Radar says the altercation described above took place in January “after he left her at home and went out to a bar,” so we assume this is the January 21 attack. We know from Jenelle and Courtland’s Twitter feud that he had ducked out on her earlier that night and the two had a blow up fight early in the AM on the 21st. That was the last straw for Jenelle and Courtland — Jenelle filed the assault charges on January 23.

Courtland has since been released from custody after 7 hours behind bars and a bond of $300. He has returned to Twitter where he gave a “SHOUT OUT TO EVERYWHERE,” and told fans, “I LOVE EVERY STATE N COUNTRY.” His account has since been suspended. Perhaps a “state” of suspension is one of those loved by Courtland?
