LOVE AFTER LOCKUP LaTisha Collier confirms pregnancy, ‘in talks’ to return to WE TV
Life After Lockup‘s LaTisha Collier confirmed rumors she is currently pregnant during a new interview recorded after she was released from prison this week on an appeal bond.
LaTisha also confirmed she and husband Keith Collier would be willing to do another season with WE TV with their roles reversed and they are “already in talks” with producers.

In case you missed it, LaTisha received multiple 15-year prison sentences on July 30 after pleading guilty to felony theft and forgery charges. The lengthy sentences were due to LaTisha being a habitual offender, a sentencing enhancement that also means she has to serve a minimum of three years before being eligible for parole.
Despite the mandatory three-year minimum, “stiletto-wearing felon” LaTisha was still hoping to avoid prison time. Latisha revealed she was “hoping for probation and it went way left to something else.”
Mary asked LaTisha what she was feeling during sentencing. “Towards the end, I was getting the feeling that it wasn’t going to be probation, and it was going to be a prison sentence,” LaTisha said.
“As upset that I was on the inside, I was really holding that to myself because I knew I had my husband behind me,” Latisha continued. “I knew my parents were there. I knew we had other family there that was there to support me.”
LaTisha admitted the lengthy prison sentence was her own doing. “I put myself in this situation to be — to have my history used against me. So nobody else is to blame but me.”

Rumors began to swirl that LaTisha Collier is currently pregnant after her attorney filed a motion hoping to delay LaTisha’s sentencing due to a medical issue that requires biweekly doctors appointments until mid-February of 2026.
After LaTisha was sentenced, Keith Collier seemed to confirm the pregnancy rumors by sharing multiple photos of Latisha with what appears to be a large baby bump.
In the interview with Mary, LaTisha and Keith finally confirmed the pregnancy rumors outright.
“Do you want to confirm what the word on the street has been about your, um, health?” Mary asked.
Keith seemed confused as he turned to LaTisha. “She said the health? What about the health? What’s wrong with the health?”
LaTisha motioned to her belly. “Oh, that health,” Keith said.
LaTisha then got up and showed off her belly to the camera. “So, we are expecting,” she said. “I haven’t told anybody like that because we wanted to keep it to ourselves. Finding out that I was pregnant, and then facing what I was facing was just a lot, you know?”
LaTisha, who turns 40 next week, then referenced complications she has gone through with the current pregnancy, but she didn’t elaborate. “It wasn’t really everybody’s business and I didn’t want to deal with everybody, you know?”
The reality star said she asked her attorney not to mention the pregnancy in her motion for a continuance, but the language of the motion “screamed pregnancy anyway.”
“We are expecting,” LaTisha iterated. “It’s a blessing…We’re going to make it through it, you know, regardless of what’s going on. I just have to keep positive spirit — um, positive energy. And I’m a fighter anyway.”

Many of the non-inmate cast members in the Love After Lockup franchise have gone to jail after filming, but LaTisha is the first to go to prison. The situation opens the door for a potential return of the Colliers to WE TV with their roles reversed.
Mary asked LaTisha if returning to the show was an option.
“It’s already kind of in talks,” LaTisha revealed. “I mean, how could they resist?”

I just feel like the people that do support us, I mean…they know that stuff doesn’t define a person, you know? And then also, they like our love. They see how we’ve gone through — we’ve been together for so long, and we’ve gone through so much, and we’re headed to possibly our fourth season of a show. A lot of these couples don’t make it that long, or especially the marriages. You know what I’m saying? And they just see, like, “Wow. This is what a real marriage is.” You know, till death do us part. You know what I’m saying? We’re going to go through things together, you know? We don’t just let that tear us apart. And then, on top of that, the people that don’t like it, I just think you’re really envious.
