Love After Lockup star Earl Chance Pitt's fiancée Alyssa Moore arrested for OUI, child endangerment, and theft.

Love After Lockup star Earl Chance Pitt’s fiancée Alyssa Moore was arrested last month in Ohio. Jail records indicate she was arrested just before 11 PM on Wednesday, August 19.

27-year-old Alyssa is currently still in custody facing charges of operating a vehicle under the influence, child endangerment, and theft.

According to Amber reports Alyssa “was allegedly caught driving under the influence with her son in the car and that resulted in the child endangerment charges.” Alyssa and Chance’s one-year-old son Liam was born in April, 2025.

The theft charge has a bond amount of $10,000. The OUI and child endangerment charges have bond amounts of $25,000 each, for a total bond amount of $60,000. The court docket from the case specifies the bond is cash or surety only and “NO 10%.”

Alyssa’s bond amount might be high because the theft charge is from September of last year and she has failed to appear for multiple hearings in that case. The theft charge is a misdemeanor and the complainant is listed as Walmart.

Alyssa is due back in court for all the charges on September 14.

ARE ALYSSA AND CHANCE STILL TOGETHER?

Chance was sentenced to three years in prison in June, but Alyssa has continued to stand by his side. However, a recent Facebook post by Alyssa hinted at potential relationship issues.

“It sucks when you fought hard for something & then someone else gets to enjoy it,” Alyssa wrote on August 13. “You’re welcome .. I guess.”

It should also be noted that Alyssa was in her home state of Ohio when she was arrested. She had previously relocated to Missouri, which is where Chance is currently in prison.

WHEN IS CHANCE PITT GETTING OUT OF PRISON?

On April 6, a commenter on Facebook asked Alyssa when Chance was getting out of prison. “He says he should be transferred to a program in 5 months when he’s done enough of his sentence and completed in prison programs that take time off your sentence,” Alyssa replied.

Alyssa’s optimism may need to be tempered a bit because Chance has other pending criminal charges.

The 45-year-old former reality star is still facing a DWI charge from 10 days before his truck crash in 2023.

There is also an active felony domestic battery charge against Chance in Indiana after he allegedly pushed his pregnant girlfriend Alyssa out of a moving car in August of 2024. The last court docket entry on that case was from the same month the charge was filed.

Alyssa wrote a letter to the court asking that the DV charge against Chance be dropped. Alyssa received a response from the court informing her that isn’t how things work.

“Court reminds alleged victim, again, that it can not and will not communicate, read, respond to any such communication,” the docket entry reads. “Court respectfully requests alleged victim to quit attempting to send communication to the court.”

In addition to the DWI and felony domestic battery charge, Chance is still on parole from his 22-year-prison sentence for robbing a bank and a salon in 2019. The court dockets in that case have no mention of a potential parole violation for Chance’s multiple arrests over the past few years. However, his girlfriend Alyssa had made several posts indicating Chance is being looked at for a potential violation.

“I have the OFFICIAL parole hearing DOCUMENTS of chances RELEASE date and for all you nay sayers who dont know sh*t and keep saying 22 years, which one of you wants to know what it is? 🤣🤣” Alyssa wrote on Facebook on June 6.

A commenter asked what Chance did to merit a parole hearing. “He left [the] state with me without parole permission 😮‍💨,” Alyssa replied. “A decision we regret but then decided to stay once we found out I was pregnant with our son who has spina bifida and the doctors their specialized in his rare case at Cincinnati childrens hospital. It became about our son and once he was stable and had doctors travel permission we moved back and he turned himself in.”
