Farrah Abraham loses celebrity boxing lawsuit to default judgment after missing court

Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman can’t seem to get former Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham to show up for ANYTHING! First, Farrah skipped out on her scheduled boxing match with Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander back in November over a contract dispute just eight days before the match. On Wednesday, Farrah stood Damon up again — this time in court!

In case you missed it, Damon filed a lawsuit against Farrah back in December seeking financial damages caused by her pulling out of the boxing match. After at least one continuance, Damon finally had his day in court in Pennsylvania on Wednesday. Farrah didn’t show up, and the judge issued a default judgment in favor of Damon for the full $12,000 he was asking for, plus $171.75 in court costs.

Damon posted a photo from outside the court holding the judgment on Instagram and wrote: “Please Share and tag everyone. We won in Court Today over that person, Now Pay and do the right thing.”

Unfortunately for Damon, winning a default judgment still means he has a tough road to travel before actually seeing any money from Farrah — a fact that he was well aware of.

“I’m on my way to court with Farrah Abraham in which she’s not going to show up,” Damon said in a video posted to Twitter before court on Wednesday. “She probably didn’t sign the certified mail, which means I’m going to have to go after her. And next is going to Texas to hunt her down.”

Damon, who is currently working on the film 16 Minute Man in addition to continuing his celebrity boxing promotions, seems determined to get justice. “I’m getting to you, Farrah,” Damon said. “You robbed us out of a lot of money — several people out of a lot of money.” He told Farrah in his tweet that “you robbed me, my company and sponsors” of more than “$50,000 estimated.”

“Farrah, look, we’re coming after you!” Damon continued in the video. “What you did was just unethical, and a disgrace, and you shouldn’t be able to look at yourself in the mirror — which I know you probably can’t.”

It seems Damon was completely wrong on that last point, at least judging from one of my favorite Farrah clips of all time from her recent appearance on Ex On The Beach:

Speaking of Farrah and Ex On the Beach, she shared a photo from her appearance on the show on the same day as her scheduled court date. The 27-year-old seemed completely unconcerned about her legal issues with Damon as she openly pondered the possibility of following in Donald Trump’s footsteps by running for President of the United States:

Farrah’s caption:

With the topic of #womanforpresident My pink pant suit #wcw post goes something like this… Watch all new episode of @exonthebeach tomorrow the OG is watching & surprises are on the way … who will I vote for ? Or will I run for president one day … so much time & so much greatness to fill it with. Thank you for supporting me in all I do and thank you to even the haters who need a day off soon. God is great? #Farrah4President #politics #farrahabraham #president #thursday #tbt

Damon isn’t Farrah’s only current legal problem, however, as she was named earlier this month in a MUCH larger lawsuit by the landlords of her former retail businesses! The shopping center that used to be the home for Furnished By Farrah and The Sophia Laurent Children’s Boutique (until they both closed up in September) is looking for more than $100,000 that they say Farrah and her company owes them for backing out of a five-year lease two years early! Click the link for all the details on that lawsuit, which also named Farrah’s ex Simon Saran!
