Ashton Kutcher on self-imposed Twitter restriction following Paterno gaffe

Ashton Kutcher has learned a valuable lesson. Don’t tweet off your disgust about something until you’ve got the facts. Especially when it involves child molestation charges and you’ve got yourself over 8,000,000 followers.

Kutcher find out about the whole Joe Paterno thing, well not the whole story as we’ll find out, and took to his Twitter account to express his opinion about JoePa getting canned in the wake of the scandal rocking Penn State.

After blasting out that gem folks bombarded Kutcher with the facts of the situation and the reasons as to why the board of trustees at Penn State let the living legend go. He removed the above tweet after about 30 minutes, probably getting a call from his brosephs who were like, “Dude, check out ESPN man – there’s more to this Paterno story than you know!” He then followed up by tweeting:

“Heard Joe was fired, fully recant previous tweet! Didn’t have full story. #admitwhenYoumakemistakes.”

At this point Kutcher was in full on damage control mode acknowledging he was an idiot and tweeting, “Honestly just had half facts man my bad … I need 2b more responsible 4 my voice.”

This wasn’t enough apparently as A-Kutch has put himself on self-imposed Twitter restriction after the gaffe. Here are his two most recent tweets:

Hey, at least the dude just sent out a tweet and didn’t go flip over a news van or anything (warning – f-bomb in the clip)!
