VIDEO Miley “Bob Miley” Cyrus brings more birthday weed controversy

Another birthday and another Mary Jane incident for Disney starlet Miley Cyrus.

On Wednesday Miley celebrated her 19th birthday and someone on hand caught a bit of the celebration on video and Miley made what some are perceiving as a self incriminating stoner statement. Here’s the video that arrived at 4:20 via the Pineapple Express that was driven by Cheech and Chong:

Recently Hannah Bongtana has performed on a Bob Dylan tribute, called peeps out for insinuating she’s fat via Twitter and has otherwise shown a resilience just to live her freaking life as she deems fit. For my money, I find myself becoming more and more a fan of the young woman if not her particular music.

In the above clip, if you’re trapped back in your YouTube blocked working environment, the singer is shown a birthday cake that features a global symbolic ambassador of America’s real favorite toking past-time, Bob Marley. Miley jokes around about the cake by stating:

You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”

In the clip her buddy Kelly Osbourne is seen making a joke about Cyrus’ 18th birthday clip of her, as Miley claimed, smoking Salvia (Salvia is a legal herb). Kelly followed up on her Twitter account coming to the defense of Miley’s clip all the while setting the record straight as she sees it. Kelly wrote:

Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also

A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!

u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think

Do you care if Miley Cyrus wasn’t joking and does smoke marijuana in light of the fact that she’s extremely successful, hard working and independent? Do you believe what Kelly is stating about the fact that it’s all a joke and people need to get a grip?

I think I’ll let Bob Marley state my position:
