LOVE AFTER LOCKUP Brittany and Marcelino’s divorce dismissed EXCLUSIVE
Could it be that Relationship Rehab worked? Starcasm can exclusively reveal that Love After Lockup couple Marcelino Santiago and Brittany Santiago’s divorce case has been dismissed.
As Starcasm was the first to report, Marcelino filed for divorce from Brittany in Nevada on June 3, 2026. The couple had been married for seven and a half years at the time.
Marcelino filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis on June 5. (“In forma pauperis is a Latin term meaning ‘in the manner of a pauper,'” the Cornell Law School website states. “A suit brought in forma pauperis allows a poor person to bring suit without incurring the costs of the suit.”)
After a judge issued an order to proceed in forma pauperis on June 16, there was no activity in the case for more than three months.
An order to show cause why the case should not be dismissed was filed on September 30, and a hearing was scheduled for October 23. Marcelino and Brittany had 10 days to file a brief, which they did not do.
An Order of Dismissal Without Prejudice was entered on October 22, dismissing the divorce case.
From the filing:
The parties were ordered to file a brief within 10 days of the issuance of the Order to Show Cause demonstrating why this case should not be dismissed. However, no such brief has been filed by either party.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COURT ORDERS that this case be DISMISED [sic] WITHOUT PREJUDICE based on lack of prosecution.
IT IS SO ORDERED Dated this 22nd day of October, 2026
It’s unclear if this means Marcelino and Brittany are back together. Perhaps due to their appearance on Love After Lockup: Relationship Rehab, neither Marcelino and Brittany have commented publicly on their current relationship status.
To see if Dr. Ish was able to salvage the couple’s marriage, be sure to tune in for new episodes of Relationship Rehab streaming Fridays on All Reality and airing the same night on WE TV.
