Is Khloe Kardashian pregnant? That’s the unexpected question of the hour, thanks to a surprise report alleging that Khloe and Lamar are expecting a child together. Though the estranged couple have been in the process of either divorcing each other or helping each other back from near-death drug overdoses for almost two years now, it seems they might have found time to make a baby happen.
The initial report comes courtesy of Life & Style Magazine. Before we get into that, though, a quick caveat: Life & Style is also the source of the initial rumor regarding Kourtney Kardashian’s alleged fourth pregnancy, which ran this past spring. That rumor was never substantiated–and, given that it first ran four months ago, we would have seen physical evidence of Kourtney’s baby by now, were the story true.
So: Grain of salt firmly in place, we move on to the “Is Kourtney Kardashian pregnant” question. According to the magazine, a Kardashian family insider broke the news, explaining that “There were a couple of late-night hookups.” However, note the further pivot from an insider to another secondhand source of information in the follow-up quote: “Now Khloé’s friends are buzzing that she’s pregnant, and that it’s Lamar’s. The timing couldn’t be worse.”
According to the article’s second source, that’s because “Khloe is petrified that Lamar has fallen back in with the wrong crowd after a crack pipe was found at the home she was renting for him in June. Now she is barely eating and is suffering from panic attacks.”
And an Inquisitr article on the topic clarifies what “a couple of late-night hookups” really means: “Khloe and Lamar were still sleeping together in June.” But the supposed pregnancy is Khloe’s “absolute worst nightmare,” says that source, because “She’s done with Lamar, for good.”
By contrast, Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner recently shared tender words for Lamar, in light of his ongoing struggles with addiction. “He’s like my son,” she told Australian radio DJs Kyle and Jackie O. “He’s a part of my family and I adore him. He’s the best. He’s the greatest guy in the world and anybody that knows him will tell you the same thing.”
