Last week MTV released the official extended trailer for Teen Mom 2 Season 3 and as you would expect it was jam-packed with jaw-dropping drama and revelations including proposals, screaming matches, arrests, paternity issues, new pregnancies, new girlfriends, new boyfriends, sexy dentists, and lots and lots of cute little kids!

• Leah Messer and Corey Simms debate on reconciling, but Leah eventually decides to move on with boyfriend then fiance then husband Jeremy Calvert.
• Leah Messer (still not Calvert at this point) reveals she is pregnant. SPOILER ALERT – Leah just announced last week that she is pregnant, but the scene in the trailer is from her previous pregnancy which resulted in a miscarriage. So prepare your heart now because Leah’s story is once again going to break it.
• Jenelle Evans gets arrested for violating her probation by failing a drug test.
• Jenelle gets a paternity test for Jace to determine if Andrew Lewis is his father (which she seemed to indicate wasn’t the case way back in January, 2011)
• Chelsea Houska continues to have a weak spot for Aubree’s dad Adam Lind as she accepts a ring from him, much to the dismay of her pop, Dr. Randy Houska.
