Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom stand to profit from their failed marriage, thanks to their home’s above-average appreciation.
As The Real Estalker first reported, the former couple’s Mulholland Park mansion is on the market for $5,499,000. Khloe and Lamar purchased the home in December 2009 for $3,950,000. Barring major renovations, they stand to make more than $1.5 million on the sale.
The property’s luxe features include a gated neighborhood entrance, “ultra-private resort like grounds,” an outdoor kitchen (with two refrigerators!) and a spa. Inside, the 8,400-square-foot house consists of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a theater and gourmet kitchen.
Real Estalker reported Lamar still owns a multi-million dollar property in Florida, which he purchased in late 2003. Meanwhile, Khloe will likely look to make another investment with the money she stands to make from the house, her engagement ring and extra $2 million.
