Love After Lockup's Kristianna Miller is back in prison after being sentenced on August 5, 2026

Love After Lockup and Life After Lockup star Kristianna Miller is back in prison in Iowa after being sentenced last week.

As Starcasm previously reported, Kristianna was arrested July 1 for multiple charges, including burglary, unauthorized credit card use, drug possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kristianna was previously arrested on June 14 for similar charges: 3rd degree burglary (theft from a motor vehicle) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kristianna pleaded guilty to one of the burglary charges and the unauthorized use of a credit card charge. Both charges were aggravated misdemeanors.

As a result of Kristianna’s voluntary plea, all of the other charges were dismissed.

According to Iowa court records, Kristianna was sentenced to two years in prison for each of the two convictions on August 5. One of the sentences states it is “consecutive,” which would mean four years total for Kristianna.

Kristianna was transferred from jail to the Iowa Correctional Institution for Women on August 12. Seemingly in conflict with the four total years of prison time, the Iowa Department of Corrections website lists Kristianna’s Tentative Discharge Date and Supervision Discharge Date as April 25, 2028.
