Kanye West is under investigation for felony assault after he allegedly punched an unnamed 18-year-old after he called his famous fiancée, Kim Kardashian, a “n**er lover” and a “slut.”
This is how the situation went down yesterday according to sources with TMZ, who are usually solid when it comes to situations in and around Los Angeles:
Kim arrived at a Beverly Hills medical building when she was swarmed by photogs. A young man attempted to help Kim get in the building and started yelling, “F**k these fa**ot-a*s n***ers,” at the paparazzi. Kim informed the young man he shouldn’t be using the n-word and he refocused his anger at the reality star, as he yelled, “F**k you b*tch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n***er lover, stupid slut.”
Additional sources have told TMZ that the man also threatened Kim by saying, “I will kill you, slut.” In accordance, Kardashian is believed to be filing a police report against the man, in hopes that the police will charge him with making criminal threats.
As this dude ranted at Kim she dialed up Kanye on her cell. The guy is believed to have realized who Kim was talking to and called the rapper the n-word. Shortly after, West arrived at the medical center. Sources say that Kim and Kanye rushed into a chiropractor’s office where the 18-year-old was sitting. Witnesses stated that West punched the 18-year-old and Kim screamed, “We have it all on tape!”
Kanye and Kim left the office building before authorities arrived.
A police insider spoke with Radar Online and stated that Kanye’s history of run-ins with paparazzi including assault charges he currently faces for a scuffle at LAX in July doesn’t bode well for him:
“No, this young man shouldn’t have said those disgusting things, but this is America … the fact that Kanye went on his own will into a place of business, and got in someone’s face and allegedly hit could result in him being charged with felony assault and/or battery. It all will depend on the severity of the injuries, and Kanye’s version of events, if he chooses to cooperate.”
The police insider went on to say that, “There is no way he is not going to be [charged] in this incident.”
In summary of what allegedly transpired:
Some seriously rude 18-year-old hurled insults, racial slurs and threatened the life of Kim Kardashian. As he was doing so she called up Kanye West, who was called the n-word by the young man during his ranting. When West arrived at the scene he barged into an office and punched the guy. The police are investigating West for assault and his history of run-ins are a bad sign for his situation while Kim is said to be filing charged against the young man for making criminal threats.
