Bachelorette weatherman Jonathan Novack beat up while working at WSVN?

One of the 25 guys competing for the heart of Ali Fedotowsky in season 6 of The Bachelorette is 30-year-old Jonathan Novack, a weatherman and on-air personality currently living and working in Houston, Texas.

Originally from Boston, Jonathan’s career has moved him all over the country including stints with WAER in Syracuse, KCBD-TV in Lubbock and WSVN in Miami, Florida. I’m sure Jonathan did his fair share of tropical storm coverage while in Miami, but his extensive meteorological education didn’t help when Hurricane Tom rolled into town! 18-year-old Jessica Halter of North Ridgeville High School in Ohio wasn’t about to let ANYTHING get in the way of her enjoying her senior prom, and “anything” included sobriety and police officers!

According to the Lorain Police Department report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Jessica was approached by an officer working the event after school officials received numerous complaints that she was “highly intoxicated.” Jessica responded to the complaints with what could become the mantra of senior high school girls from now until eternity:

“This is my f**king prom, this is bulls**it.”

Jesse James has reportedly made a citizen’s arrest on a photographer he claims has been stalking him. The incident went down this afternoon and according to TMZ the photographer reciprocated the Gomer Pyle gesture by placing Jesse under citizen’s arrest for vandalizing his car!

Charlie Sheen released from jail – official police press release

It’s official – Charlie Sheen is back on the streets! So if you’re one of his current wives, a former lover, prostitute, stripper or an adult film star be sure to lock your doors. After being arrested for assaulting his wife Brooke Mueller Sheen, it reported that Sheen would remain in jail until his court date, but Carlos Irwin Estevez was “advised by 9th Judicial District Court Judge James Boyd Friday evening” and released from jail on an $8,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court February 8, 2010.

MTV appears to have a male/female graphic violence double standard, censoring the now-infamous “Snooki Punch” from the airing of the episode of Jersey Shore, yet they had no problem with Amber violently pushing her fiance Gary into a corner by his throat and then slapping him while screaming the entire time. Could you imagine the outrage if the roles had been reversed – if Gary had choked Amber and violently pushed her into the corner and hit her?!? (We almost get the same effect when Amber grabs him by his D-cup man boobs.)
