Vivid threatens legal action against Farrah Abraham
Vivid has a message for Farrah Abraham: Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.
The adult film company, which is reportedly still paying Farrah residuals for her “leaked” videos, dispatched a cease and desist letter this week. Fishwrapper shared the full note. In it, CEO Steve Hirsch told Farrah to stop “any further defamatory actions” and breaching her contract — or else the company will “pursue any and all available legal remedies.”
The cease and desist letter is in reaction to Farrah’s comment she was “drugged and raped more than once” while appearing at strip clubs and porn conventions to promote Backdoor Teen Mom.
“These statements are defamatory toward Vivid and are strenuously denied in all respects,” Steve said in the letter, adding he “will take immediate legal action” if Farrah doesn’t cooperate.
Previously, Steve issued a public request for Farrah to demonstrate she was telling the truth by taking a lie detector test. Farrah denied the offer, leading many to believe she wasn’t truthful.
“We know she loves money, but once she gets called out she’s afraid to respond. First you can’t stop the lies and then you can’t find her,” Steve said. “She’s incapable of telling the truth.”
