UNEXPECTED McKayla Adkins asks for help winning plastic surgery
Unexpected star McKayla Adkins is reaching out to her fans in hopes of becoming a brand ambassador for a Miami plastic surgeon, which includes free plastic surgery. The 18-year-old mother of two explains: “Since I’ve had two kids my body hasn’t been the way it used to be.”
McKayla issued the plea in her Instagram story earlier today. Here is her full announcement, which accompanied a photo from the plastic surgeon sponsoring the contest:
Hey guys, so since I’ve had two kids my body hasn’t been the way it used to be.. I really wanna get plastic surgery and I’m very open about it. If you could please follow @epsmiami and tag my Instagram in this post I would really appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️
I will also shoutout as many people as I ca who tag me ?
The brand ambassador contest is sponsored by plastic surgeon Moises Salama M.D. and Elite Plastic Surgery in Miami, Florida. Here are details about the brand ambassador contest from the post McKayla wants you to tag her on:
‼️‼️ Are you our next brand ambassador? ‼️‼️ Here at Elite Plastic Surgery we have a history of working with influencers and we greatly appreciate and value the work they do. Recently we’ve taken a step back to reevaluate our current influencer program and make some exciting changes.
We’ve decide to host a contest to help us select our first Team Elite (c/o 2019). Team Elite will be a group of 6 brand ambassadors who will represent the practice for a year’s time. During that time they will receive a cosmetic procedure and share the entire journey with their audience. Any influencer with a following of 10,000 or greater on Instagram is welcome to apply. From the applicants, 12 will be selected as semifinalists to compete for the final 6 spots.
Our selections won’t be primarily based on following or engagement alone, we will be taking into consideration the quality of content they produce as well as the loyalty and excitement of their fan-base.
If this sounds like you, send us a DM! If this sounds like an influencer you know and love, tag them in the comments and DM them this post!
Good luck!

It’s unclear exactly what procedures McKayla’s wants to have done in order to get her 16-year-old body back. I would assume that she would opt for the “Mommy Makeover,” which typically includes a tummy tuck as well as breast augmentation or a breast lift.
If you are curious what McKayla looked like before her first pregnancy, here is a selfie that she posted in September of 2016 — 10 months before giving birth to her first son Timothy:
It’s interesting to read McKayla’s caption for the photo, which emphasizes body positivity and encourages everyone to not “change yourself for anyone else:”
body positivity: i’m probably going to get a lot of sh*t for posting this but i just wanted to say be happy with yourself and the way your body looks. i’ve been called anorexic multiple times lately and have been told to “eat a burger”. but honestly i eat 24/7 lol. idk why people find it funny/okay/cool to make fun of someone else for their body shape, when there’s nothing wrong with it. don’t change yourself for anyone else, no ones perfect. just do you.
On a side note, if McKayla doesn’t win the Elite brand ambassador contest, she could always give Dr. Miami a call! He seems willing to throw out free surgeries to reality stars like candy! One major drawback with Dr. Miami, however, is that McKayla would have to agree to let him broadcast the procedure on Snapchat. Also, there have been some of Dr. Miami’s patients who have voiced dissatisfaction after the fact.
So what do you think about McKayla wanting to get plastic surgery at the age of 18? (Well, she will actually be 19 soon.)
UPDATE – McKayla has responded to our post on Twitter by making sure everyone understands that the only reason she is considering plastic surgery is so that she can be more self confident:
So many people look at plastic surgery in a negative way.I don’t want to do this for anyone else but myself.I’ve had two kids back 2 back and so what if I want to be more confident in my body ??♀️I won’t let others opinions change how I feel about it.Thank you if you are supportive https://t.co/FoKA4x9vFT
