Family bitterness is still strong following the suicide of Beverly Hills’ Housewife Taylor Armstrong’s husband Russell Armstrong. Russell’s family did not attend the ceremony Taylor held for him in Los Angeles because they had one of their own in the works to be held in Texas.
According to a source for Radar family members traveled to Los Angeles to retrieve Russell’s ashes for their own planned memorial service to be held Saturday. The source did not mince words about Russell’s family and their feelings towards Taylor:
“Most of the family was never very fond of Taylor and we’d just prefer to have a non-dramatic memorial where we can honor and love Russell as we knew him.”
This same source was insistent that Taylor was by no means to attend. The feelings were mutual from Taylor’s vantage point according to another source to close the situation:
“Taylor was relieved that they didn’t attend. She wanted to be surrounded by her friends and just say good-bye to Russell.”
