PHOTOS VIDEOS North West’s “Kidchella” first birthday party
Forget waiting until turning 16, Celebridom’s royal heir North West celebrated her Sweet 1 this weekend with a lavish music festival-themed extravaganza that included a Ferris wheel, face painting and a karaoke stage! Nicknamed “Kidchella,” the North Westfest was held in Aunt Kourtney Kardashian’s vast backyard and of course the photo-friendly fam shared lots of pics and vids from the event online!

As I mentioned, Kidchella had its own stage, and of course this family is not going to be shy about taking advantage! Check out these clips of Kendall Jenner and sister Kylie Jenner rockin’ the house with versions of Rihanna’s “We Found Love” and Kanye West’s “Good Life:”
Of course, no Kardashian event would be complete without a little headline-grabbing controversy, right? Right. Signing up for that job this time around was Khloe Karadshian, who showed up at the festivities wearing a full Native American headdress made of feathers:
In addition to the headdress, Khloe even had a little Kidchella teepee to complete the look. She captioned this next photo, “Ray of clouds. Chirping of birds. Gurgling of water. Granting desire. One with water. #Kidchella my first Coachella!!!”

Needless to say, the photos have already ruffled a few feathers (zing!) online, and they have even inspired a Radar Online story with a headline that starts with “Outrage!” Khloe has yet to respond to the outrage.
In addition to the Ferris wheel, face painting and karaoke stage, there was also Churro stands, snow cones and cotton candy machines, and lil Yeezus shirts for all sizes! Kim shared this next photo of one of the younger Kidchella attendees rockin’ the Yeezus look and wrote, “Baby Ryan today at North’s party #KidchellaVibes #CustomBabyYeezusTees #RhylaHeadbands #FreshlyPickedMoccasins #SusiesCustimDenim #Norths1stbday:”
Sadly, we haven’t seen any photos of North west, mom Kim or pops Kanye from Kidchella yet — I suppose we can expect a People exclusive soon?
