Unexpected mom Jenna Ronan and her fiancé (husband?) JJ Della are going to be homeowners.
23-year-old Jenna shared a series of photos on Instagram earlier this month documenting the construction of a two-story house. “Home 🏡,” Jenna captioned the gallery.
Jenna also posted a house tour clip on Instagram and wrote, “House tour 🏡🏡 well kinda lol✨‼️ #house #building.”

Jenna didn’t share much information about the couple’s new home, but she did confirm in the comments that it is located in South Carolina.
“Beautiful!” a commenter wrote. “Is this in SC? The trees are giving me PA vibes.”
“It’s South Carolina!” Jenna replied. “But I agree it does feel like PA where we are going to live ❤️ I love it ❤️ farm vibes lol.”

Where is Jenna Ronan’s new house located? Did she and JJ Della buy the house? Starcasm has some answers for you.
According to property records obtained by Starcasm, Jenna and JJ’s new house is located on a 0.61-acre lot that was originally part of a much larger lot purchased by JJ’s parents last year.
JJ’s parents paid a little under one million dollars for a 6,300+ square foot house located northeast of Myrtle Beach, close to the South Carolina/North Carolina border, in June of 2025. The purchase included just over 5 acres of land that features a private drive and a very large pond.
The property was later divided into two separate lots. The smaller lot is .61 acres, and that is the lot that Jenna and JJ appear to be building their house on.
According to property records, JJ’s parents transferred the deed for the smaller lot to JJ (Jenna’s name was not included) in August of this year. The lot is located at the end of the long private driveway, and plans indicate it will be located on a cul de sac across from JJ’s parents’ house. The deed includes an easement granting right of way for shared use of the private drive.
For those wondering how close Jenna and JJ will be to the beach they love so much, the house looks to be about 15 minutes from the ocean.
ARE JENNA AND JJ MARRIED?
The house was certainly big news, but Jenna seemed to drop an even bigger bombshell in the comments of her TikTok house tour video.
“Congrats!! When is the wedding?” a commenter asked.
“Already happened,” Jenna replied.
In addition to the comment suggesting she and JJ got married, JJ appeared to be wearing a wedding ring in one of the house photos.
