Jenn Harley arrest update EXCLUSIVE DETAILS

Exclusive Jenn Harley 2026 arrest details from Starcasm

As Starcasm previously reported, Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s ex Jennifer Harley was arrested in Florida over the weekend and charged with battery / domestic violence.

Starcasm can now exclusively reveal more information about Jenn Harley’s arrest.

According to court documents, the incident that resulted in Jenn’s arrest happened on July 27. There was an altercation between Jenn and a 38-year-old man named Joe. Joe is the father of Jenn’s son, who turns 3 later this week.

Joe told police “he and Harley had been involved in a romantic relationship for more than five years and continued to reside together, although they were separated,” court docs reveal. “Joe stated that Harley refused to move out of the shared residence.”

According to Joe, “he and Harley were lying in bed when their son became ill and appeared to be preparing to vomit. [Joe] attempted to comfort the child, at which time Harley picked up the child and carried him into the living room while calling [Joe] a terrible father.”

Joe followed Jenn into the living room and asked that she return their son to him so he could take him back to the bedroom and care for him. Joe recalled to police that “as he reached for and took possession of the child, Harley shoved toward him and intentionally struck him on the right side of his face with an open hand.”

Joe got his phone and called police. Jenn took her daughter, Ariana Magro, and left the apartment before officers arrived. In a follow-up interview with police, Joe confirmed Ariana was present during the alleged altercation.

Police were unable to locate Jenn until they spotted her in the apartment complex parking lot on October 10. Jenn was taken into custody without issue. “The defendant declined to give a statement at the time of her arrest.”

JENN HARLEY’S BABY DADDY JOE ARRESTED IN 2024

Jenn and Joe’s altercation in July was not the first one between the two that resulted in an arrest.

According to jail and court records, Joe was arrested in May of 2024 and charged with multiple felonies, including domestic battery, robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Joe eventually pleaded guilty to a felony count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and the other charges were dismissed. Adjudication was deferred and Joe was ordered to serve 3 years of probation.

One of the conditions of Joe’s probation was that he have no contact with Jenn. In January of 2025, Joe filed a motion to amend that condition to allow contact with Jenn “through the Our Family Wizard Application for purposes of the time-sharing of [their son] and at the Miami Lakes Police Department…for purposes of the exchange of [their son].” The motion was granted by the judge.

On March 24 of this year, Joe filed a motion for early termination of probation. The motion argued that Joe successfully completed the special conditions of his probation, including a mental health evaluation, 18 weeks of anger management, and participating in the batterers intervention program.

Joe’s attorney claimed Joe “is an entirely different and better person at the current time because of the these programs, growth, and maturation.”

The motion also revealed that Jenn and Joe got back together after he asked to be able to have limited contact with her in March of 2025. Since that filing, Joe and Jenn “have completely reconciled their relationship and live together happily and peacefully with their beautiful toddler,” the motion stated.

“Not only does Ms. Harley have no objection to this Motion, she fully supports and
hopes for it to be granted,” Joe’s attorney added.

A judge granted Joe’s motion and his probation was terminated early on April 16, 2026.
