Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has posed numerous times for the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Department booking camera, but this week it was another family member — or at least a future family member — who had his mug shot taken.
James Miller Eason II, the brother of Jenelle’s fiance David Eason, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with multiple counts of burglary and breaking or entering after he allegedly broke into multiple homes and vehicles and made off with a TV, two beers, sunglasses, and an iPad.
According to WECT, James’ “crime spree” included five vehicles and five homes in Southport, North Carolina. From WECT:
According to arrest warrants, Eason took a 55-inch TV from a home in the 3400 block of Airport Road SE. During a break-in at a home in the 4486 block of Regency Crossing, he allegedly took two beers and a pair of sunglasses. He’s also accused of breaking into two homes in the 3400 block of Scupper Run. The break-ins took place between to 2 a.m and 7 a.m.
Arrest warrants also state that Eason stole an Apple iPad from a truck belonging to Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation.
According to online records, James is facing four different breaking or entering charges and three burglary charges. He is being held on $250,000 bond. His next scheduled court date is April 12.
So far, Jenelle has yet to address the arrest of her future brother-in-law publicly as she and David focus on moving into their brand new home.
