We posted last night on numerous reports claiming that Nathan Griffith’s mother Doris Davidson was refusing to return her grandson Kaiser to his mother, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Eason, and now we have confirmation that those reports were true!
Radar Online confirms that there was a 911 call placed from Jenelle’s home at 1:22 PM on Sunday. Since then, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup has revealed more details about exactly what happened.
“Kaiser was with Doris, and during his visit, Doris discovered bruising on Kaiser,” The Ashley’s source says. “Nathan texted David on Friday and told him that there’s going to be a warrant out for his arrest for abusing Kaiser,” the source added. Doris reportedly called the police that night to file a report and told Jenelle that she was not going to return Kaiser.

The Ashley’s source clarified that there was not a lot of bruising present on Kaiser, contrary to what is being reported by some sources online — only “medium-sized bruising.” Jenelle reportedly told the officer that Kaiser received the bruises while playing on David’s boat.
Fast forward to Sunday and Doris reportedly stood by her threat to not allow Jenelle to take Kaiser back, at which point Jenelle made the 911 call confirmed by Radar Online.
Jenelle (and David — according to The Ashley) brought the police with them to Doris’ house in South Carolina. The officer was shown the bruise, and I’m sure got an earful of both sides of the story, before electing to contact the state’s DSS [Department of Social Services].
The DSS agent determined that the bruising was not enough to merit a custodial intervention and prevent Kaiser’s return to Jenelle and David, but the officer disagreed and refused to force Doris to hand Kaiser over.
Jenelle then reportedly contacted her lawyer to set up a court hearing, which has yet to take take place.

Although Jenelle has not responded to the incident specifically on social media, she did share a post on Instagram and Facebook about how Kaiser considers David to be his dad and not Nathan. Here is the photo of a Father’s Day questionnaire Kaiser responded to, with his teacher writing in his answers:

In addition to being the first to report about the incident on Sunday, the @deadbeatmom_Jenelle Instagram account also posted a couple of video clips, including one in which Nathan asks Kaiser who was responsible for the marks on his butt and Kaiser says it was David. Those videos (just like all of the Deadbeatmom posts) have since been deleted.
The date on the Kaiser videos is unknown. They could very well be from this weekend, but they could also date back to the fall of last year when Nathan referenced “finger like marks” on Kaiser’s back.
