That brings Jenelle’s tally of dismissed charges to 15! Plus, it means she only has one more pending case – the cyber stalking charges by her former boss James Duffy, which Jenelle will be back in court for on Friday.
Jenelle Evans and her attorney Dustin Sullivan were in court today to face charges of communicating threats, harassing phone call, and violating a protective order against her former roommate Hannah Inman, but the case was continued due to a mix up on the date on the subpoena. Sullivan tells us the case will be heard again on March 19.

Jenelle Evans was arrested again!
Jenelle was booked today, January 10, 2012 at around 10:15 a.m. in Brunswick County for “harassing phone calls” and “communicating threats,” according to Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office. She posted a $1,000 bond, and was out of jail before noon today.
