What Brooke Mueller has to do to possibly regain custody of her twins

According to sources with Radar, Brooke Mueller will have to “jump through hoops” if she has any hopes of regaining custody of her twin boys, Bob and Max.

Mueller is currently in rehab as her sons that she shares with Charlie Sheen have been under the guardianship of Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards. In spite of a history of serious drug abuse, Mueller has indicated that she wants to get her children back and now we have some idea of what she’ll need to do to maybe one day get there.

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has put together a laundry list of tasks for Mueller once she’s out of rehab.

• Immediately upon completing rehab she will have to provide contact information to a drug testing company. She can expect to be tested randomly twice a week.

• Enroll in parenting classes

• Provide proof that she is going to 12-step meetings once a week

• Any visitation with her boys would be strictly monitored

Brooke recently switched from Betty Ford to a more relaxed rehab facility in San Juan Capistrano. The judge brought her in to court to find out why and sources claim it was because the 35-year-old wasn’t happy with the manual labor and chores required of residents at Ford.

Brooke’s next custody hearing is scheduled for the end of the month where it is fully expected that Denise will maintain guardianship over the twins for at least another 6 months. The source added that even following all of these rules is no guarantee that Brooke will get full custody back. From all accounts the children have been thriving in the care of Richards.
