Matthew McConaughey for Dallas Buyers Club:

Matthew McConaughey plays Ron Woodroof, a man diagnosed with HIV who finds a way to obtain the drugs that the government and the pharmaceutical companies are refusing to supply.

Meryl Streep for August: Osage County:

The 86th Academy Awards hosted by Ellen DeGeneres will air Sunday night on ABC at 8:30 PM EST with live red carpet coverage beginning at 7:00 PM EST.
