Teen Mom’s Farrah Abraham named Google’s most-searched reality star of 2013

Farrah Abraham - Most Searched Reality Star 2013

We have no one to blame but ourselves for this one: Farrah Abraham beat out fellow reality stars Kim Kardashian, Honey Boo Boo and Sean Lowe to be named Google’s most-searched reality TV star of 2013.

Based on Google’s analytics, the Teen Mom-turned-porn star’s popularity peaked between May 5 and May 11 — which is when her video premiered on Vivid Entertainment’s website. Despite admirable attempts at publicity stunts ever since then, her popularity has been on a steady decline ever since summer. (Google doesn’t lie!)

The top search terms related to Farrah include: “Farrah Abraham video,” “Farrah Abraham tape,” “Farrah Abraham full” and “Farrah Abraham backdoor.” Quite a legacy…

In terms of who was doing the searching, the majority of hits came from the Omaha, Neb. metropolitan area — which actually encompasses her hometown of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Interestingly, the city that searched for her the most was Minneapolis.

For better or worse, Farrah Abraham seemed to boost the searches for Farrah Fawcett: the late Charlie’s Angels star’s number of hits went up 1000+ percent.

In terms of Farrah’s prospects for 2014, she’ll start the year off on with a solo appearance on Couples Therapy. The VH1 show premieres on January 2 at 9/8c.
