He interrupted the monologue while Ellen was pushing copies of her girlfriend Portia De Rossi’s book Unbearable Lightness with a copy of his own book First Step 2 Forever in hand. The song is called “Futuristic Lover” and it plays on an extraterrestrial metaphor with lines like “wanna be your victim, ready for abduction” and “you’re from a whole ‘nother world, a different dimension.” This seems to support my theory that Russell Brand is actually from another planet!
