After it was confirmed that Lamar Odom woke from his coma, TMZ is reporting that the former NBA star will survive.
The report says that doctors are “telling Lamar’s friends and family rehabilitation will take many months, and they believe an undetermined amount of damage to his body will be permanent.”
Their sources added that Khloe Kardashian will remain by his side for the entire process, which will include physical, speech, and other therapies.
Lamar’s father, Joe Odom, was photographed over the weekend leaving Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where Odom is being treated, with a gigantic smile on his face.
Kim Kardashian posted the following image to Instagram Sunday writing, “I have faith in you. I believe in the power of prayer and positive energy! Thank you all for your prayers! Lammy- I’m so happy Kendall & I could make you smile today! God is good!”
