Rebel Wilson rebels against Kardashian ‘smear campaign’

Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson has accused the Kardashians of engaging in a smear campaign following negative comments she made about them on Australian radio last week.

The 35-year-old revealed that she refused to present at the VMAs alongside Kendall and Kylie Jenner. When pressed to explain why, she said what the Kardashians “stand for is totally against what I stand for.” Rebel added that her fame was a product of hard work while Kim Kardashian got famous from a sex tape.

The comments made a splash, going as far as Oprah Winfrey defending how hard the Kardashians work.

Wilson looked to smooth thing over by sending some flowers but that apparently didn’t succeed as she took to Twitter to air her grievances:
